Standard ISO 9001:2008
The internationally recognised standard ISO 9001 sets down the bases for a quality management system through which to offer a service that meets customer, legal and statutory requirements. As a management tool, it engages the company in a continuous improvement process to grow customer satisfaction by meeting their expectations.
For URBASOLAR, quality control and customer satisfaction are essential to the firm’s competitiveness. The teams consistently work to ISO 9001 standards in order to provide the best possible service.
Standard ISO 14001:2004
Standard ISO 14001 is a tool for continuous improvement and environmental performance, focussing principally on environmental impacts related to the company’s activity. It is internationally recognised and guarantees that efforts are being made to reduce the company’s environmental footprint.
In line with URBASOLAR’s environmental commitment, an Environmental Management System (EMS) has been established, giving rise to the following actions:
• Reduction of environmental impacts by improving waste recycling and raising awareness amongst service providers.
• Development of staff awareness around environmental protection with specific actions (waste paper baskets for recycling in all the offices, coffee machine without plastic cups, retrieval of used batteries, etc.)
• Enhanced positive impact of our installations with equipment and systems that increase green energy production and further reduce CO2 emissions.
