Joining us starts with a customized onboarding process
to take your first steps in the company.
Your future manager will warmly welcome you upon your arrival. He/She will introduce you to the team and the people you will work with. To exchange informally and more casually, an integration lunch is planned with your team.
You will have access to a training program with e-learnings to discover the group, the solar world, the departments,... Plus a specific part with e-learnings on the software you will use.
During a day and a half, you will be welcomed in Montpellier, with presentations on the renewable energy market, our professions, our organization, and our values. You will also have the opportunity to participate in interactive workshops and visit a plant built by Urbasolar.
